I try to disclose any biases or affiliations I may have in each post where relevant. I do not photoshop or alter pictures of product, either on my skin or otherwise, beyond cropping and possibly fixing white balance. However, I do sometimes photoshop pictures of myself to fix minor blemishes, but I will disclose this wherever it occurs. I try to present everything I review or show as it appears to me in real life.
