I picked this up from Superdrug mainly because the aubergine colour caught my eye and also because I don't own very many neutrals. It was dead cheap, so I figured even if the shadows sucked, I wasn't out very much.
Review and Swatches behind the jump!
The Individual Eyes palettes include four eyeshadows, a primer, and an illuminator. I was actually surprised at how silky the shadows felt for something so inexpensive. The pigmentation isn't awful, either.

The swatches are all over the included primer and are two swipes each. The very lightest colour doesn't really show up on my skin, but it's there. None of them are chalky or powdery and they are really blendable.
I wore these over the included primer. I won't be using it again unless I run out of my UDPP because it is rubbish, at least on my skin. If you don't have oily lids, it may be okay for you. It's probably better than using no primer at all, but not by much. It at least has the effect of making the colour more vibrant. The included illuminator works just fine but is nothing special. It does illuminate and isn't too oily. If I hadn't already tried some better ones, this would be a decent first illuminator.
This palette is apparently for brown eyes, but I think these shadows would suit pretty much any eye colour. The Individual Eyes palettes come in eight different colour ways and cost £2.49.
