Recently, I've felt I was falling into a bit of a makeup rut and so I started looking for characters for inspiration. That little interaction popped into my head, which meant that Monster High was the first thing I went to. Also, it doesn't hurt that I have the same face shape that seems to be the only one in the Monster High universe, :p.
So here are two of my Frankie Stein inspired looks! I did one super cartoon face and one that's safe for travel among the Muggles.

For both of the looks, I used Skimp and Frisk from the UD Naked Basics 2 palette, Sugarpill 2am, Femme Fatale Pumpkin Shrine and Desecration, and the white and acid green colours from the Sleek Acid palette. I also used Colourpop Monster for highlight all over the face. The lipstick for the more cartoonish look is Kate by Rimmel Alarm with Mac Hot House in the centre. I used some super pink blush right in the centre of my face, but I can't remember precisely what it was, nor did I write it down.
For the toned-down look, I did away with the exaggerated inner eye point and the extra white shadow there. I also used less purple and didn't blow it out as far up the brow bone. The lipstick is Colourpop Tootsi. I used Sugarpill Frostine as blush on the tops of my cheekbones with just a bit of Suburbia on the apples.
I think I'm going to do a whole series of Monster High-inspired looks because I had a ton of fun doing this one. Please let me know in the comments who I should be next!
